Article Processing Charges (APC) include journal editing and production costs for hosting websites, publishing non-plagiarized articles online, writing HTML, PDF, and XML versions of articles, and submitting articles to electronic citation databases (such as Crossref and other leading indices). But we have to pay to keep the articles published in the online repository.

Additionally, articles require the graphics, formatting, and editing services that we provide to meet strict academic standards.

If author(s) are eligible for discounted article processing charges or have a discount code these cannot be used cumulatively; only one deduction will be applied per manuscript.

Once the article is approved for publication, all article processing charges must be paid in time.

The contributor pays a handling fee of US $399 and the journal will not refund if the payment is processed.
